Virtus Registration Preparation:

Before registering please be sure to REVIEW the following information:

• Allow at least 15-20 minutes to complete the full registration process. Note that the online training takes about 80-90 minutes to complete, which can be completed at a later time.
• Have on hand 2-3 references with contact information including email addresses that are not immediate family that have known you for at least 2 years.
• Be prepared to sign all policies and documents when you register (background authorization, safe environment policy, and social media policy). You will be asked to provide your birth date and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

If any of the above items are not completed during registration, it will delay the processing of your Safe Environment clearance.
