Zoom link will be sent by 12 Noon for the day of the event.
To obtain a certificate of completion, participants must satisfy these 7 requirements:
1) Please verify before training starts that you're using a device that will have the following active throughout the entire 3-hour session.
- web camera (must be active except during our 10 min break)
- microphone
- audio/sound
2) Please be sure your device is either plugged in or will hold a charge for at least 3 hours.
3) You will be expected to be always visible by camera, verbally participate, and enter responses into the chat window.
4) Remain in a quiet safe space without distractions. Please note content is not appropriate for minors.
5) If your full name within your Zoom tile doesn't match your Virtus registration, please rename yourself.
If you have a preferred name to be used during the training, then list it first within (parenthesis). Ex: (John) Deacon John
6) Have printed or open for reference & discussion the Participant Workbook Version 4.0 - which you'll receive with the Zoom link
7) Promptly return after a 10 min break which will occur approximately halfway through the evening.
Attendance will be taken (3x) - at the beginning, after break, and then at the end of the session.
If during the training, your device malfunctions or you lose Wi-Fi, and you can't quickly reconnect, you'll have to repeat the Training. |
